Data collected on the website and purpose of processing
First name, last name and email in contact forms: to handle direct contact with THE WEBSITE OPERATOR (questions, comments, suggestions, service or product requests, or any other inquiry). If you do not provide the minimum required personal data, THE WEBSITE OPERATOR will not be able to respond.
Name and email: to post comments on the website blog.
First name, last name, address, phone, email and tax ID: requested at payment so we can process everything related to the customer.
Name, phone and email for the newsletter: with the data subject’s express and voluntary consent, the site may collect the minimum data needed to send an automated commercial bulletin with advertising, promotions and other information about services and/or products offered by THE WEBSITE OPERATOR.
Email: requested so you can access the customer area, based on the data provided when the account was created.

Newsletter policies
These policies complement the terms and conditions on the website. Both apply equally if there is a dispute. The privacy and intellectual-property rules that apply are those stated in the website terms and conditions.

All material in the newsletter is protected by copyright in favor of THE WEBSITE OPERATOR. If it belongs to third parties, THE WEBSITE OPERATOR is understood to have authorization to use it as agreed with the author.
Retention period
Personal data provided for billing and purchases of products or services will be kept for the period legally required by the billing platform.
Personal data provided for electronic commercial bulletins and blog comments will be kept for as long as the data subject stays on the subscription list. They may unsubscribe at any time, automatically as indicated in each bulletin, or by writing to info@devic.ai.
